Jeremy Platt has always dreamed of opening a barbecue restaurant, and made that dream a reality one year ago this month. Platt Daddy BBQ has new menu offerings each month, in addition to their signature bbq meats.
Jeremy and his wife Kelsey have found success in taking care of their customers and employees, and fulfillment in doing something they love. We enjoyed our short time in the restaurant, hearing Jeremy’s story, and a tasty barbecue sampler lunch!
